Register today for this 5k post apocalypse, obstacle-ridden, Zombie Charge. As a Racer, you wear flags that represent your life, get them captured by a Zombie and become a Zombie yourself. The course will have obstacles, trails, MUD, open fields and other things to slow you down along the way! Of course, after your last flag is captured (and it won’t be easy to keep them!) and your’re done pouting, crying, kicking and screaming, finish the race and come party with the rest of us. But, if you are lucky enough to cross the finish line with one or all of your flags, you will be considered among the elite!
Or come to the race as a Zombie and spoil the fun of those who think they’re fast enough to slip by you! Come dressed in your Zombie-Best or get help from our top-notch make-up team! The Zombies try to grow in numbers by scaring the Racers and chasing them down to take their precious flags. He/She with the most flags wins in the end!

My work made it to Dragon Con! Not to mention it looks awesome! Yay! I sculpted & cast the Silurian cowl prosthetic, all other makeup and costume credits go to 221baskerville :)
I never did a trial run of the makeup, so this was my first go at it. I have to say, I’m pretty happy with the results!! Only a little bit of the prosthetic started to pull up, and that was after I marched in the parade.

With Makeup FX Gurus Ed French & Sue Lee (of FaceOff fame). Seven prosthetic pieces applied in 4 hours. It was drizzling, super hot and Kyrie was sweating like a mad man, but the pieces stayed on!
